Who Should Attend
All employees within an organization, regardless of their role, to ensure everyone understands how to prevent, respond to, and evacuate safely during a fire. This includes management, supervisors, and frontline workers, as well as specialized
roles like safety officers, fire watchers, and emergency response teams. Additionally, contractors, temporary workers, and anyone who regularly visits the workplace should also participate in fire safety training to ensure a comprehensive understanding of
fire risks and safety procedures across the entire workforce.

Participants will learn how to identify fire hazards, use fire extinguishers, and understand the basics of fire prevention. They are trained in emergency procedures, including how to safely evacuate a building and assist others in doing so.
The training also covers the importance of fire alarms, smoke detectors, and emergency exits, as well as how to respond calmly and efficiently in a fire situation. By the end of the training, individuals are equipped with the knowledge and skills to prevent
fires and protect themselves and others in the event of an emergency.

Outline
Another key topic is the use of fire extinguishers, where trainees are taught the different types of extinguishers, their appropriate uses, and the TPASS technique for operating them.
Emergency response procedures are also a critical component, teaching participants how to develop and follow evacuation plans, including the designation of assembly points and the use of escape routes. The training includes drills to practice safe and efficient evacuation, accounting for all personnel, and assisting those with disabilities. Communication protocols during an emergency and the roles and responsibilities of fire wardens or safety officers are also emphasized to ensure a coordinated response in the event of a fire.
