Speaker/s

Hershey is an Organization Development (OD) practitioner for 10 years with expertise in learning and development. She has facilitated over 100 workshops both in the Philippines and in other Asian countries. She has worked on various courses on  leadership, communication, time management, change management, interpersonal skills, customer service, feedback, etc.

Since the onset of the pandemic, she has seen the need for wellness and has been conducting retreat workshops to help people gain greater self-awareness and recognize blocks or stressors and identify ways on how to overcome these.

Hershey is a developer at heart with a vision of bringing back people to their design. She is an independent learning and development consultant, partnering with individuals and companies to develop their skill sets and work towards their goals. She wears multiple hats -- as an Organization Development Practitioner, a Development Expert, and a Personal Coach. Each hat allows her to support the varied developmental needs of her clients.


She has been a practitioner of learning and development for over a decade and has facilitated over 100 workshops both in the Philippines and other Asian countries. She has worked on various courses on leadership, personal effectiveness, communication, interpersonal skills, performance management, and change management, to name a few.


Outside her profession, she enjoys playing badminton, baking, and engaging in her weekly dance workout. She is also an eco warrior with an advocacy towards zero-waste.
