Outline
The objective of this course is to help you enhance your flexibility and endurance. The eight stages to enlightenment in Patanjali's yoga will be understood by students as a comprehensive, methodical methodology. The ability to apply moral principles like honesty, nonviolence, and service to others to their teaching will be a skill for trainees. The Yoga Sutras' more complex techniques will be discussed with trainees, and they are encouraged to delve further into these teachings if they so want.

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Monica Ortiz is a certified yoga instructor and a graduate of 200 hr yoga teacher training in SSV Yoga ashram, she is a learner of ancient yogic wisdom and had been trained in multidisciplinary yoga ranging from vinyasa, hatha yoga and ashtanga by instructors in India she had been practising yoga for over 9 years and started to practice when she was 16 years old, she also has 2 years of yoga teaching experience and is an active advocate of mental health awareness through the programs of mindful meditation.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Monica is a certified yoga instructor and graduated from SSV Yoga Ashram, she had an in-depth yoga training in multi-style yoga, ranging from ashtanga, vinyasa and hatha yoga and was traditionally trained by her gurus in India, she had been a yoga practitioner since she was 16 years old and had been practicing yoga for 9 years, with 2 years of teaching experience. As she continues to grow in the teachings of yoga she pursues to advocate for mental health awareness through mindful meditation practices.
