MODULE 1: PROGRAM LOGIC FORMULATION
Overview:
Program Logic Formulation is a stepping-stone to the programmer’s world. It is designed specifically for beginners who would want to venture into programming. Participants will be dealing with basic problem solving techniques, flowcharting, writing and debugging. Upon completion of this course, the students will be able to apply the basic programming concepts, familiarize themselves with the different symbols used in programming and identify the tools needed in debugging a program.

Overview:
The course provides participants with the requisite knowledge on application development using Microsoft Access.

- Develop a working business application using a database

MODULE 3: VISUAL BASIC VERSION 6.0
Overview:
Fundamentals of visual basic programming is intended to introduce participants who have some prior exposure to elementary programming, the rudiments of object-oriented programming (OOP). This course is exceptionally designed to help programmers migrate easily from DOS to OOP environment.
Objectives:
Upon completion of this course, the students will be able to:
- Describe and illustrate the fundamentals and features of event-driven programming methods
- Create simple Windows-based applications
- Utilize Visual Basic controls
- Declare and manipulate variables and functions
