Strategic Management and Planning
Details
Excellent organizations do not leave their long-term success to chance. They envision their desired future and translate their marvelous vision into concrete plans and strategies. As this is a harrowing time for all of us, we need to re-visit our plans to provide a clear and concrete roadmap toward the achievement of our desired future. Strategic Planning remains fundamental in building and enabling organizations to focus and establish solid guideposts and milestones as we journey in the long run.
Today’s organizational planners and strategic managers face a Triple Challenge. They must 1) develop new strategies to thrive during the current global pandemic, 2) recommend actions that will ensure breakthrough positioning and performance after the crisis, and 3) ensure that plans are robust and flexible enough to withstand unpredictable risks and changes in the environment.
