Outline
In this 5-hour online training, the participants will learn about the HR Basics and the skills they need for success in managing the HR Department. Meaningful discussion and case studies will be discussed from hiring the right talent, pay rulings,upskilling employee performance, and gain basic knowledge in managing common labor issues and being compliant to PH labor laws.
DAY 2 (8am-5pm) JULY 1, 2023 F2F onsite Alabang Office
In this 8-hour face-to-face training, the participants will learn everything from HR basics to complex issues. The discussion and workshop will cover the behavioral interview process, total reward strategies, developing a training plan, handling employee discipline and investigation, and DOLE compliance.
