Outline
MoDULE 1: Understanding the Generation Z
At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
‐ Get to know the behaviors and mindset of Generation Z, the young people who are the students in today’s classroom
‐ Understand the effective teaching strategies for 21st century learning
‐ Learn the value of the voice in inspiring, motivating and empowering students in class
MODULE 2: Science of the Voice
At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Develop an awareness of the body and the optimal posture for the voice
- Explain the science of how voice is produced
- Learn exercises to consciously practice proper breathing and voice execution
- Project the voice using proper methods
MODULE 3: Vocal Workout
At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Practice numerous warm up exercises for the body
- Develop the habit of deep breathing through breathing exercises
- Prepare the voice for heavy use through vocalization exercises
- Learn a quick warm-up exercise for time-sensitive cases
MODULE 4: Vocal Health
At the end of this module, participants will be able to:
- Define “voice problems” and “vocal injuries”
- Explain how voice problems develop
- Identify the different types of voice problems, their cause, symptoms and treatment
- Learn numerous tips on how to take care of the vocal folds and prevent voice problems

Pocholo has made his mark in the voice acting industry by founding the first and only voice acting school in the country, the Philippine Center for Voice Acting. His school has produced more than a thousand graduates, who now make up the larger population of the talents in the industry.
As a motivational speaker, Pocholo has been invited to take on the podium more than 1,000 times here and abroad, speaking in schools, companies, organizations and even government offices on various topics – voice, communication, public speaking, personal branding, youth entrepreneurship, futurism, leadership, and personal development, among many others. He also conducts workshops and teambuilding programs for corporations and other organizations through Pochology Academy – his training team that inspires every Filipino towards greatness, excellence and success.
With an innate passion to empower his fellow Filipinos, Pocholo has founded several advocacies such as Voice of the Youth Network, The Microphone Club, Negosyo Kabataan, and Society of Young Filipino speakers.
