The seminar is based on the fundamental principle that each individual possesses unlimited, untapped potential. Unlocking this allows a person to achieve greater results and abundance.   What hinders us from achieving what we want are self-limiting beliefs about who we are and what we can do. These act as barriers between our goals and us. PALs provides the opportunity for the teens to understand these beliefs as well as experience new ways to overcome and avoid them.

This seminar is highly experiential and insightful. People who attend the seminar attest to an enlightening fresh perspective towards life.  The Personal Awareness and Leadership Seminar helps us take that big step towards discovering whom we are and where we want to go. Living life to the fullest can be a fun experience.

Power of Visualization

A discussion and exercise in using the power of visualization in creating the results we want in our lives.

Handling Upsets and Conflict Situations

Creating Total Responsibility and Accountability 

A lecture and exercise in discovering a mindset of being a victim to circumstances vs. taking full responsibility for their actions and results

Conflict Theater

A fun way of demonstrating the cause and effect of upsets in our lives and the solutions to avoid them.

Creating Total Responsibility 

An exercise and discussion on how each member of the company can and should be totally responsible for the results in their area and on the total company performance. This simple exercise will encourage everyone to stop looking for the blame but take a look at how their own behavior has a direct impact on total productivity.

Goal Setting 
Creating SMART Personal and Professional Goals that are aligned with each other and identifying the obstacles within us that hinder us from achieving them.

Four Ways of Thinking

A fun discussion on the different kinds of mentality of people and how to be a determined goal oriented individual by just adjusting our mindset.

How Paradigms are Created and Its Impact on Productivity

A discussion on how individuals and groups acquire paradigms or programs and how it impacts on individual productivity and affects group think. This would make the participants aware of their personal limiting beliefs and realize their responsibility in overcoming negative beliefs.

Commitment Cross Challenge

Clarifying Intention to Create Results . Each participant demonstrates his own commitment pledge to be a part of the winning team in a fun and challenging way.

Wants and Considerations

This experiential exercise allows participants to make choices. The choices must be made under a “pressure” situation in a group context.  The individual and group results are explored.

Self Expression

A psycho drama exercise which allows the participant to experience expressing very personal feeling to their parents who are the closest people to them and are responsible for a lot of their beliefs in life.  

Creating Synergy in Action

An experiential exercise that will make them realize that we need each other and that no man is an island  

Colors Team Game

A team game that illustrates how each individual can affect the results of the entire team  

Day Three

Team Game Exercise

(continuation of the Colors Team Game from previous session)

Creating an Emotional Bank Account, Deposits and Withdrawals. The learning from the team game is emphasized and interpersonal relationships enhanced to create a deeper commitment to each other.

Subjective Communication 
How to communicate at a deeper level and managing your energy to be able to express self. A discussion on subjective communication

An exercise in demonstrating the power of our mind

Personal Commitment Statement

All the participants will create a personal commitment statement to take responsibility in the creation of a better version of self.

Excitement and Urgency

A workshop to encourage everyone to bring back the excitement and urgency in their respective functions

Joey’s corporate experience is in Sales, Marketing and Business Management. He holds a degree of AB Mass Communication, major in Broadcast Communication and a Master in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.

He has been involved in the Sales and Marketing field for more than twenty years occupying various senior positions in several companies mostly in real estate.

He has delivered sales, communication skills, leadership and motivational seminars for various organizations here and abroad

He is also a champion public speaker having competed and won several competitions in both the Impromptu and Humorous Speech category of Toastmasters International.

He is a powerful speaker offering world-class keynote addresses, seminars, and workshops throughout the Philippines and Asia.

He is a very entertaining speaker who captivates the audience with his wit and humor while delivering material with substance and depth. He is the great grandson of a great storyteller Severino Reyes also known as Lola Basyang.
