WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
- To learn and understand the meaning of “customer centricity”.
- To recognize the customer experience and factors that lead to purchasing decisions.
- To identify and understand the best practices of customer centricity.
- To gain the right knowledge and skills to develop their own customer centric strategy and action plan.
METHODOLOGY
This program consists of lectures, group and individual activities and videos. The participants will be given the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and interact for the actual application of learning. The facilitator gives importance to interactive learning, where both facilitator and participants help each other in dissecting specific topics and arriving at a general conclusion. The teaching style will be light and fun, but definitely effective.
