OVERVIEW

In today’s global marketplace, consumers and customers have a myriad of choices unlike at any time in previous history. It’s a battle to win over customers and keep them. Gone are the days of limited choices!
 In this context, only companies and organizations which embrace the concept of “Customer (or consumer) centricity” are successful. Among the world’s top 10 most admired companies, Coca-Cola adopted the battle cry in 2010 of “Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do” and Procter and Gamble made the statement “the consumer is boss” a part of the language and culture within the company.
 Moving an organization from internal focus to a customer-centric focus is a multi-step process that requires rigor and time.

 

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

  • To learn and understand the meaning of “customer centricity”.
  • To recognize the customer experience and factors that lead to purchasing decisions.
  • To identify and understand the best practices of customer centricity.
  • To gain the right knowledge and skills to develop their own customer centric strategy and action plan.

 

METHODOLOGY

This program consists of lectures, group and individual activities and videos. The participants will be given the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and interact for the actual application of learning.  The facilitator gives importance to interactive learning, where both facilitator and participants help each other in dissecting specific topics and arriving at a general conclusion. The teaching style will be light and fun, but definitely effective.
