This course offers a venue for a thoughtful examination of leadership from various perspectives namely, what leadership is, how one builds it in one’s self and how one builds it in one’s organizations.

It appears that there is no shortage of Bosses around the world- but very few of them seem to be leading. “Leaders strive to create a better future: non-leaders cling to the past and somehow survive the present.”
Leadership is about energy that harnesses human energy towards imagining and creating a better future for the people around the leader and his organization. This is not an easy task!

In working for a degree, one has the flexibility to develop a Program of Study and Research that draws from the multidisciplinary fields and practice to meet the Candidate's interests within the guidelines of the degree requirements.
Any Candidate accepted in the straight MA-PhD program is required only a dissertation to satisfy the research requirement of the program.
