The Learning Atrium Tutorial and Review Center (TLA) was established in 2001 by retired Ateneo de Davao University English Professor Luzviminda C. Ilagan. As a review center, TLA aims to provide its clients with an excellent preparation course for the most recognized English exams such as the IELTS, TSE, TOEIC and TOEFL-iBT. It also caters quality tutorials in all subject areas for those in the elementary, high school and collegiate levels. Other services offered by the center include English Enhancement Programs for both local and foreign students and trainings on various areas such as technical writing, gender sensitivity, and public speaking, among others.
