With a focus on Electronic Dance Music, the 20-hour short course contains ten 2 hour classes and enables students to develop the necessary skills to DJ professionally. Students receive one-on-one hands-on training alongside a Pro DJ. The DJ
studio features the industry standard Pioneer equipment including CDJ 2000 Nexus and DJM 900 Nexus along with 15” Alto Stage Monitors. It’s the same DJ equipment used at major festivals and premier dance clubs. The class utilizes software tools Rekordbox and
Mixed In Key, widely used by most professional DJs. A demo mix will be recorded for the students using Logic Pro by the end of the course.
