Program designed to help students acquire both the knowledge and practical skills on the following qualifications:

  1. Front Office Services NC II
  2. Food and Beverages NC II
  3. Cookery NC II
  4. Housekeeping NC II
  5. Bread and Pastry Production NC II
  6. Bar and Beverages NC II

 It prepares students for employment in hotel and resort front office, concierge, reservations, housekeeping, sales and uniformed service positions. The program also prepares student for transfer to a four year travel industry management program.
