Enderun Pastry Experience is a 5-part series that immerses the students to the most basic to the more complex baking and confectionary principles. Each series runs for 5 or 10 days and features unique recipes that are taught by professional chefs who provide step-by-step guidance. Each day features a classic French technique in baking that is skillfully taught for the students to master. At the end of this series, all students would have mastered a whole pastry portfolio that is similar to attending a pastry class in Enderun.

Holidays bring out everyone’s sweet tooth. Whether as giveaways or treats for you and your family, this 3-day series will bring out your precision and creativity in creating small, festive, and delectable desserts.

An apron, cap, tea towel, recipe guide, to go box, and certificate of participation will be provided.

Recipes:

Day 1: Spritz Cookies AND Icebox Cookies
Day 2: Gingerbread Truffle AND Candy Cane and Peppermint Truffles
Day 3: Noël Blanc
