This is an integrated English program that aims to further enhance the four macro skills - listening, speaking, reading, and writing - of the students. The program includes:
- Teacher-led Class. This is the core program that focuses on developing mastery in English grammar and usage.
- Conversation Club. This is another component that focuses on enhancing not only the speaking skills of the students, but also their discourse skills.
- Online Grammar Café. This is an online supplement, in which the students can have additional grammar lessons that they can do outside the school.
The JRP-ELP programs are designed and customized to suit the students' needs. An assessment is done before assigning the students to different levels to make sure that their specific needs are addressed.
Aside from the core programs, JRP-ELP also offers an online review for Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), as well an exam for Test of English in International Communication (TOEIC) to students who are in the Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, and Advanced Level. TOEFL and TOEIC are both international tests for English that can be used abroad for academic and employment purposes.
POWERS believed that there is no such thing as an unattractive person, just some people who do not know how to make the most of themselves. He dedicated his life to helping people develop and take good advantage of their personalities.

In 1920's, Powers went to New York City with the hopes of becoming an actor. His business and entrepreneurial skills led him elsewhere. He overheard an associate saying that he wanted a group of attractive people to pose for magazine advertisements. Powers rounded up acting friends and trained them for these advertisements so the modeling industry was born. He founded the first modeling agency in 1923. Soon afterwards, Powers open the doors for the personality development school. Around the world, the JOHN ROBERT POWERS SYSTEM celebrated its 90th Anniversary in 2013. ...
