The NCII Certificate in Culinary Arts program is designed to enhance your basic culinary skills, as well as develop your competencies in the appropriate application of the procedures and techniques of cooking; and the planning, operation and supervision of an institutional or commercial kitchen.

                       

A Certificate of Completion and TESDA National Certificate II is awarded at the end of the course.

In October 2011, LPU Culinary Institute was established as an extension campus of the Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila campus to provide ideal kitchen laboratory facilities for its more than 8,000 students enrolled in Tourism and Hospitality Management Courses.
