MANILA INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATED LEARNING CENTER (MIILC) is the authorized course provider 0001 of FoodSHAP®, Inc. which is the first training provider in the Philippines recognized by the Department of Health (DOH) specialized only in Food Safety & Hygiene training for Food Handlers in Catering and Retail. It is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) in the United Kingdom (UK).

To help you comply with the legal requirements and avoid penalties, FoodSHAP® offers its Food Safety Training & Examination System FSTES©

The FoodSHAP® FSTES© follows a building blocks approach to help you get the most efficient training track possible from basic till the Food Safety Compliance Officer level (FSCO). 

The FSTES© consists of three main training programs:
1. FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety (for Food Handlers) 

2. FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice 
3. FoodSHAP® Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO) 

Important reminder!

Please take note that you need to pass  FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety for Food Handlers and FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice  written and practical exams before being allowed to take FoodSHAP® Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO) examination. 

Students may attend the FSCO training (attendance only) in case they didn't pass HACCP, but they shall not be allowed to take the FSCO exam till they pass all prerequisite exams.

1. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
2. Prerequisite Programs Review
3. The process  approach  to  HACCP
4. Developing & Implementing  a HACCP-based  Program
5. The 7 Principles of HACCP
   - Conduct a Hazard Analysis
   - Determine Critical Control Points
   - Establish critical limits
   - Establish monitoring procedures
   - Develop corrective actions
   - Conduct ongoing verification
   - Keeping documented information
   
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
All Food Handlers working in the catering or retail setting where food is prepared,  cooked,  and handled. Particularly relevant to environments such as pubs, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, retail environments, hospitals, care homes, schools, prisons, or any establishment that handles and serves food.

ASSESSMENT:
All course shall be assessed by a closed book multiple choice exam and a practical assignment. Candidates must pass both assessment to receive their certificates from FoodSHAP®.

CERTIFICATES:
Participants who pass the FoodSHAP® exam shall receive the FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice Certificate.
