The FoodSHAP® FSTES© follows a building blocks approach to help you get the most efficient training track possible from basic till the Food Safety Compliance Officer level (FSCO).
The FSTES© consists of three main training programs:
1. FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety (for Food Handlers)
2. FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice
3. FoodSHAP® Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO)
Important reminder!
Please take note that you need to pass FoodSHAP® Basic Food Safety for Food Handlers and
FoodSHAP® HACCP Principles & Practice written and practical exams before being allowed to take FoodSHAP® Food Safety Compliance Officer (FSCO) examination.
Students may attend the FSCO training (attendance only) in case they didn't pass HACCP, but they shall not be allowed to take the FSCO exam till they pass all prerequisite exams.

ABOUT MANILA INTERNATIONAL INTEGRATED LEARNING CENTER
(MIILC)
MIILC is an internship auxiliary service provider that links higher education institutions (HEIs) with learning institutions and internship sites outside of the Philippines.
In collaboration with our international partners, we have designed internship programs, which aims to effectively prepare student trainees for significant roles in the global hospitality industry. Our approach to fostering students into becoming qualified professionals has resulted to graduates highly sought by employers here and abroad.
In early 2015, we have started a one-year Study and Work Program in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in partnership with Sheffield Academy. This program is designed for Filipino students, high school and college graduates, and career shifters who wish to pursue a Diploma in Hospitality plus one year simultaneous work experience in hospitality industry.
