Diploma in Fashion Design

The Diploma in Fashion Design is an intensive course that equips you with the skills, attitude and know-how you need to develop a career in the fast-paced and highly competitive
 fashion industry.

This course is designed for those who are interested to enter a career fashion design. The design process goes beyond design concept. It emphasis the provision of technical specifications of materials, size, specifications, stitch and seam construction. At GIF, you will learn an in-depth knowledge in fabrics, quality, size specifications, drafting, grading and sewing in order to be enabled to convert a pretty picture into a real garment.

ENTRY REQUIREMENT

Local Students:

High School Diploma equivalent

ALL Students are required to have basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

Participant will be awarded the Statement of Attainment (SOA) provided he/she meets the following requirements:

▪     75% attendance rate

▪     Assessed to be competent in given competency standard

CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE

Upon successful completion of each module within the course, trainee will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA).  After successful completion of all modules within the course, trainee will be awarded a Diploma in Fashion Design.

COURSE DURATION

2 Years;  Tri-sem (3mos - 3.5mos per sem)

One Day per week Classes;  8am-2pm or 2pm-7pm  

COURSE TUITION

Registration Fee: P1,500 per sem

Tuition Fee: P15,000* per sem (regular fee P30,000).

Note: P15,000 /sem tuition fee is valid for the first 100 enrollees only.  Fixed for the next 2 years.
