Superior Diploma Cuisines and Modern Cooking (SD-CM) OR/ Superior Diploma in International Cuisines (SD-IC) will have 12 months of in-house training through balanced Lecture, Demo and Lab. SD is an advanced program unlike any other as it builds up on the fundamentals of Culinary and Baking & Pastry Arts learned during the 8 levels of this course. It is a 12 level program that runs for 12 months in house training covering Cuisines of the World to expand their palates and knowledge. This course also includes 600 hours of internship (Internship venue will be provided by the Internship Department of Global Academy).
