Details

The role of executive secretaries and administrators have apparently evolved over the years and are coupled with leadership challenges. Aside from their current responsibilities, they are expected to be in supportive partnership with their corporate executives and sometimes, the extra role of contributing to the bottom line.

Moreover, they are also expected to assume office management in the absence of their boss. In order to do this well, they must have the leadership qualities and mindset such as - influence, confidence, professionalism, initiative, and good judgment, among others. Truly, they are called to lead even without the apparent title.
