We work with key people in companies to understand the areas of opportunities for development and create customized programs to achieve the desired outcome. We are battling EMPLOYEE DISENGAGEMENT. Disengagement is when employees are not committed to the goals of the company. According to Harvard, around 73% of employees are disengaged. This means that there is a big opportunity for companies to become more productive. Also from that study, leaders, managers and employees, 52% of them, said that training is the driver of employee engagement. Hence our vision: Engage everyone, every employee engaged. The founder, Jeff Cua, has been in the education business since 2001 and has put his experience in Whole Brain when he put it up in 2016. He found an inspiration in the Whole Brain theory of Ned Herrmann, which states that people have different thinking styles.
