Fondant and gum paste class
  • Learn how to make the new and easy to use no crack rolled fondant, tootsie roll fondant and the quick flower gum paste. Also, how to make gum paste flowers using new gum paste recipe. Learn different techniques in fondant designs, quilting design, swags and ribbons and how to use an impression mat on fondant. Learn how to make stringworks, bridgeworks, curtaining, embroidery and ribbon insertion on fondant. 
  • How to make sugarveil laces and how to apply it. 
  • How to cover a moist chocolate cake using an impression mat on your tootsie roll fondant. 
  • How to cover a chiffon cake with fondant. 
Requirements: 
  1. Cake decorating tools: bekenel tip#0 or standard tip #1S; bekenel coupler; tip#5; standard coupler; 2 disposable decorating bags (available at the shop) 
  2. 2 hand towels 
  3. Apron
