Fee: 17,000.00 for the 5 days workshop or 3,500.00/day inclusive of ingredients.
Boxes and boards to be provided by the student.
All cakes made by the student will be brought home by the students.

NBC School of Baking and Cake Decorating is located in Kalumpang, Marikina, Metromanila. It is headed by Chef Jun Florendo, who has been teaching for the last 30 years, specialising in baking and cake decorating. We offer full hands-on workshops limited to a small number of participants to ensure teaching is well-appreciated by every student.
