Program Overview:

Written communication is essential in the workplace for many reasons. It allows readers to read and study at their convenience, easily pass along information to others, and keep a permanent record for future reference.

Employees in today’s environment can easily be overwhelmed with information overload and must be able to read documents quickly and efficiently, understand them the first time you read them, and know that the information is accurate.  

This course on report writing is designed for every professional that has the need to effectively communicate business-level information to key stakeholders, who in turn will need them for decision-making endeavors that can impact the company’s strategic directions.

Trainer Profile

Josh S. Albarina, CEM, CRM, CQMSLI

Josh is one of the seasoned experts in the fields of ISO compliance, IT governance, Business Process and Organizational Resilience.

He is a Chemical Engineer by profession and a graduate of The University of San Carlos in Cebu (USC). Previously, he was the Program technical coordinator of ECCP’s Energy Smart program, handling several projects in collaboration with industry associations. He was also the Senior Technical Consultant and Technology Officer for the EU-funded GPIoS project and handled a number of consulting projects to more than 130 manufacturing and IT/BPO companies adopting the ECOPROFIT approach. He is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Certified Auditor for BCMS and ISMS, Certified Lead implementer for ISO standards, COBIT 5 and ITIL 2011 foundation trainer and Certified ISO 31000 Risk Manager (CRM).

Currently, He is a Senior Consultant for Service delivery on ISO projects and other business best practices of SAS Management, Inc., a leading Management Consulting and Education Services Company in the Philippines. He is also the company’s leading PECB certified trainer in the Philippines and the only consultant in the country to conduct the Certified ISO 31000 Risk Manager course, to mention a few
