We at the lab, will share what we know and learn with anybody from any school who is passionate (and not selling out to the dark side) about cooking new, cooking exciting and just plain cooking different! Everyone is welcome to help out, stage, volunteer, donate, collaborate, create, brainstorm, seek advice, ask for assistance, etc, etc. The new school is in!!!
