Real Estate Consultants Review and Project Feasibility Writing for Board Exam is open to all candidates for Dec. 2020 Board Examination. This Board Exam for Consultants Licensure invites Real Estate Professionals who are Brokers, Appraisers, and Assessors
that may also be qualified to take in the succeeding examinations.
Qualifications: For Brokers at least 10 years (Proof DTI or PRC ID). For Appraisers ( Those who became Appraisers prior to 2015 and are previously DTI licensed). For Assessors/Employed Valuers/Bank Appraisers have been licensed with PRC and employed with the government/private for at least 10 years.
