Francis became the first TOGAF©9 Certified Enterprise Architect (EA) in the Philippines. He is also the founding President of the Association of Enterprise Architects Philippines (AEA-PH Chapter). He recently graduated from Arden University UK with a Master of Science in Enterprise Architecture (MsC EA).

He has been teaching Enterprise Architecture since 2008 and has helped develop and train over 100 Enterprise Architects in the Philippines.

Francis’ experience includes Energy and utilities, Pharmaceutical, Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, Digital Marketing, and Government (Health, real estate, Judiciary, Environment, Labor, and Finance).

He is also PMP-certified, with experience in ITIL, Six Sigma, and managing local and global IT projects in different industries.
