online and offline. Bob is also a practicing Data Protection Officer (DPO) & Data Protection Consultant, and writes for the
Manila Bulletin as a Technology Columnist. Bob was one of the guest speakers for the recently held
MoodleMoot Philipines 2018, the first of its kind conference focusing on the development of MOODLE in Southeast Asia. He has been using MOODLE since 2004.
