Studies across various industries indicate that many people acknowledge strong leadership skills as a key driver for organizational success. Leaders have a huge responsibility to their people – the same people who have given them their trust and commitment.
It is ideal that someone who is promoted to a position of manager or supervisor has the skills necessary for handling people well. Unfortunately, we do not live in an ideal world. There are people who move up to a position of leadership yet still lack the skills that would enable them to manage and supervise their teams well.
This 1-day program aims to give supervisors and managers the fundamentals of leadership including the skills necessary for working with people.
