An original Coffee Science Center workshop! Roast Theory workshop offers a glimpse into the well-guarded craft of coffee roasting.
Coffee enthusiasts and aspiring coffee roasters will enjoy learning the theoretical concepts and applied scientific principles in coffee roasting and of coffee roasters.
This workshop also shows you how coffee roasters unlock and develop coffee’s unique and intrinsic flavor characteristics. Taught by CSC’s resident coffee roasters and industry practitioners, this workshop benefits anyone planning to set up their own coffee roasting program (business or home), entrepreneurs and buyers of coffee, and a great introduction for coffee professionals aspiring to work in coffee quality control or coffee roasting positions.
