Details
The Meat Processing Course aims to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge and skills in processing pork into ham, bacon, native sausages, tocino, pork tapa, corned pork and hamburger. Meat processing provides added value to pork thereby raising
income of pig raisers.

- July 14 to 20, 2019 - Women entrepreneurs, RIC members and members of other women's organization
Qualified participants will be contacted by the respective Project Officer of the Training, sending them the acceptance letter and confirmation slip.
