This 40-hour course is designed to provide practical knowledge and techniques to enable Safety Leaders at all levels to continually improve their organization's safety performance. It will address current management systems thinking as well as various issues that influence the effective safety implementation. This course will include risk management techniques that seek to reduce the possibility that a loss will occur and reduce the severity of those that do occur. A loss control program should help Safety Leaders reduce claims and losses through safety and risk management information and services.
