Foundations of Leadership Excellence (FLEX)
Innov8’s first level leadership course is unique from other leadership courses as it focuses on deepening awareness of the self, including belief systems that influence our lives and self concept. The FLEX is a two-day experiential journey to self-discovery where participants can learn about the fundamental principles of leadership, success and peak performance. FLEX will heighten your awareness of the negative belief systems that hinder you from achieving your highest possibilities, and provide you with options, tools and techniques to shift those paradigms. When this shift occurs, ordinary people produce extraordinary results.
The training objectives of this program are as follows:
