GTO is an international organization that was purposefully built to actively advance social responsibility with world-class educational programs that reduce disability and death not only in the Philippines, but worldwide.  We have multi-level partnership agreements with the foremost scientific organizations in regards to Emergency Cardiovascular Care, First Aid, safety, disaster preparedness and stroke.  Our courses are developed by the global leaders in each field promoting the best science, education and practical applications to produce optimal training and knowledge outcome Cognizant of the poor survival rates in the Philippines brought about by lack of training and education in saving lives, GTO makes it its mission to reach out to the remotest barangay in the country to equip the people – specifically those with no medical background but who are more susceptible to life-threatening scenarios, with the necessary tools (knowledge and skills) that would help them increase survival rates.

With its international profile married to local operations in the country, GTO fully understands the common challenges faced by the people in an emergency event. With such understanding, GTO has the ability to selectively apply international standards and practices to local scenarios and situations.
