- PMT-101 is a five (5)-day Project Management training course, designed for fresh Employees who will be part of a Project.
- The PMT-101 program is based on the meeting and interviews with the Client and Stakeholders by the SPMC Expert.
- PMT-101 Training Program is a Customized-non-degree program designed to allow Participants to understand and learn, among others, the Basic Project Management theories, methodologies and practice that shall enable them to manage a given project and/or be an active team member of any project organization.
- The PMT-101 shall give a way in standardizing the processes of the way Client/Organization handles its existing and future Project/s; getting employees to work systematically; using available knowledges repeatedly within the organization; and improving with managing every project in parallel to gaining experiences.
Basic and Advance Project Management is also available separately offered as an option for Organizations that are currently engaged or will be engage with Large-Scale or Capital Expenditure Projects.

Furthermore, the various tasks demand provision of Consultancy Services on Operations-and-Maintenance and Project Management to stakeholders in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, UAE, Bangladesh and the Philippines.
