Image Management and Personality Development for Managers and Executives

1. IMPD-101 is a five (5)-day; 3-hrs.-a-day, Image Management and Personality Development Program, designed for Managers and Executives Employees only, based on the meeting and interviews with the Client and Stakeholders (i.e. direct “Immersion Process” by SPMC).
2. IMPD-101 is an enhancement and a focus program that discuss a lot about the Image and Distinct Character that every Organization treasures, sustain, develop and continuously improve for generations, that are important to understand to create a harmonious working relationship among employees and its Stakeholders.
3. The IMPD-101 shall give a way in understanding where the development points are and improve the way Organization handles its existing and future “changes”, getting employees to work harmoniously; identifying and using of available support systems, if any, repeatedly within the organization; and improving with managing every obstacles in parallel to gaining experiences.
4. Participants of IMPD-101 will definitely understand why there’s a need to a better “image” for a growing Organization and effectively communicate the credible plans to keep the new "image" part of the Organization's culture.
5. This Program shall be prepared and designed to suit the requirement of the Client in terms of its overall Corporate Image targets with a high-level of satisfaction guaranteed.

Ms. RUTH ABELLA is currently the Director of Philippine Women's University Alumni Relations and Development (Manila Philippines).

Ms. RUTH ABELLA completed Masters in Education Major in Educational Management and Bachelor in Elementary Education Major in Preschool, and graduated with Cum Laude honors at the Philippine Women’s University. She pursued a career as TESOL Trainer, Image Consultant, Event Organizer and Host, Head Teacher, International Kindergarten Teacher, Project Directress, Guidance Counselor, and mentor. She have a great commitment to staff training and development, an excellent oral and written communication skills, organization, planning and time management skills, presentation skills, so as the ability to encourage and motivate people (soft-management skills). She have expertise in assessment, negotiating, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to write clear reports and keep accurate records.

Ruth is a frequent traveler, having an experience being a resident/expatriate of 8 different countries and working in International communities, she have the capability to adapt quickly and efficiently to my environment. Her remarkable interpersonal skills have enabled her to harmonize with her associates and develop valuable friendships. In pursuit of excellence she develop herself thru continuous education. Ruth learned skills quickly and apply them successfully.
