Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, TESOL-120
- TESOL 120 Program is a 120-hour TESOL Certificate which is a post-secondary, non-degree program designed to allow Trainee to understand and learn, among others, the TESOL theories, methodologies and practice that shall enable them to teach English Language to non-English Speakers.
- Textbooks and Manuals are major parts of the program; and A printed Certificate (i.e. controlled-document) shall be issued by SPMC accordingly to successful Trainee.

Ms. RUTH ABELLA is currently the Director of Philippine Women's University Alumni Relations and Development (Manila Philippines).
Ms. RUTH ABELLA completed Masters in Education Major in Educational Management and Bachelor in Elementary Education Major in Preschool, and graduated with Cum Laude honors at the Philippine Women’s University. She pursued a career as TESOL Trainer, Image Consultant, Event Organizer and Host, Head Teacher, International Kindergarten Teacher, Project Directress, Guidance Counselor, and mentor. She have a great commitment to staff training and development, an excellent oral and written communication skills, organization, planning and time management skills, presentation skills, so as the ability to encourage and motivate people (soft-management skills). She have expertise in assessment, negotiating, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to write clear reports and keep accurate records.
Ruth is a frequent traveler, having an experience being a resident/expatriate of 8 different countries and working in International communities, she have the capability to adapt quickly and efficiently to my environment. Her remarkable interpersonal skills have enabled her to harmonize with her associates and develop valuable friendships. In pursuit of excellence she develop herself thru continuous education. Ruth learned skills quickly and apply them successfully.
Ruth possesses an outgoing personality which benefited her in organizing events and speaking engagements. She intend to be productive and use her full potential to the company she work with.SPMC Founder-Corporate Trainers and Team-of-Experts have 30+ collective years of experiences in executive, senior and middle management, manufacturing, projects and marketing fields based in 11 countries on 3 continents. Its most recent role being an Independent Director Consultant and Senior Project Director for US $5Mn~$100Mn projects in plants across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
SPMC Trainers Team most recent move was with Libra Projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE and UNIS Thai in Bangkok, Thailand, as Independent Director Consultant / SPMC Manager respectively. In 2016, joined Braj Binani Group in UAE as President for Projects with concurrent role as General Manager of 1x6,500 tpd and 1x1,500 tpd Integrated Clinker/Cement Plant in China. Furthermore, the various tasks demand provision of Consultancy Services on Operations-and-Maintenance and Project Management to stakeholders in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, Indonesia, UAE, Bangladesh and the Philippines. SPMC Trainers Team also have worked with ACC Limited India in 2011 (a Holcim company) as Regional Technical Advisor responsible to drive Manufacturing Excellence and Initiatives to all the South Region Plants with 9.70 MTPA total cement production capacity. ...
