BESO stands for “Becoming Effective Safety Officer” was inspired from the “The B.E.S.O. Project”, a one (1)-month program conceptualized by Engr. Malaygay in May 2012 during his first month of employment in Makati Development Corporation aimed to: 1) help subcontractor Safety Officers fully understands and interprets Philippine OSH legislations and applicable laws for better implementation; 2) address issues of low OSH compliances of subcontractors and; 3) preparing Safety Officers (both from MDC and Subcontractors) to become an accredited OSH Practitioner.
BESO has partnered with Safeways Consultancy and Safety Services (DOLE accredited Safety Training Organization) in providing quality safety, health and environment trainings nationwide.
