The Eagle Barista Training Course is a six (6) hour session per day for two (2) days comprehensive workshop and finale level that will provide you with the right Barista techniques for your skill and competency-level.

Our informative workshop is divided into 2 parts:

A. Lecture / Video
Brief history of coffee from seed to roasting Getting to know what is espresso coffee Tips to making that perfect espresso cup Gain an understanding of what makes the perfect espresso, cappuccino and caffe latte Espresso based and non-espresso based drinks Costing Proper storage procedure Available types of commercial and home-use espresso machines and grinders Parts of the espresso machine Maintenance of the espresso machine

B. Hands-On Espresso Extraction Milk Texturizing Cleaning and Maintenance Espresso based and non-espresso based drinks Techniques on 'Art of Latte' This highly interactive workshop aims that each students achieves effective grinding, tamping and dosing skills for great extractions, mastering milk texturizing, latte art.
