Food Safety Coach is offering ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification Course for food handlers, managers and food business operators.
In this course, participants have will learn the importance of providing safe food, forms of food contamination, how to become a safe food handler, the flow of food as well as the preventive measures we could apply in each step in the flow of food, characteristics of a food safe facility and proper cleaning and sanitizing.
This is a two-day classroom training using quality materials designed by food service and regulatory professionals exclusively for the food service industry.
Participants must pass the written examination in order to receive certification. Certification is recognized internationally and valid for 5 years.
Course fee is only Php 9,300.00 nett inclusive of the examination fee, handouts and training materials, lunch and snacks.
