The objective of this course is to provide the participants with a practical framework and actionable ideas on what it takes to execute well, recognising that it all starts with a clarity of purpose and tightly matched priorities.

It is indeed a whole new and potentially confusing world. Plans and strategies have been upended, long held assumptions questioned and priorities reordered in recognition of the transformative disruption that has taken place. Organisations and people are learning and adapting  as they go, with some better than others. The cold reality, however, is that organisations of whatever stripe will still have to execute strategies well especially given the existential risks that exist. Some things will remain fundamentally important — clarity of purpose, leadership that inspires, and team effectiveness.

New questions will have to be answered: How must leaders respond? How do we effectively lead teams remotely? How do we keep the level of engagement high in a virtual work environment? How do we get people to embrace redefined jobs and expectations? The program will highlight the practices that must be hardwired into the culture and management routines of an organization or a team if consistency in execution is to be achieved.
