This is an online workshop that will allow the participants to use Agile Tools to enhance HR and corporate processes and services.
This highly interactive workshop will enable participants to:

Identify processes, systems, and operations in his unit that can be improved or enhanced

Define the desired results from the point of view of the customer or stakeholder

Identify measurable and incremental results

Choose one or two tools to use to deliver the results

Use at least one monitoring tool to track progress
