Luigi Mapa is a professional OD consultant and is currently the Chief Learning Engineer of Link Organizational Development (LinkOD). He is recognized for his talks and customized workshops on Strategic Planning, Change Management, Servant Leadership, Project Management, Innovation, Team Development.

He has facilitated performance improvement initiatives for more than 90 local and foreign organizations including the Asian Development Bank, Nestle & Cargill Vietnam, the Bank of the Philippine Islands, Procter & Gamble, SM Supermarkets & SM Retail, Smart Communications, Johnson & Johnson, Unilab, FPD Asia, ABS‐CBN, among others. Luigi has presented to both executives (VPs, CEOs and business owners) as well as frontliners (whether office‐based or factory-based) and these powerful experiences have formed his balanced perspective and unique approach to training and consulting.

As part of his commitment to social responsibility and nation‐building, Luigi also works with government and non‐profit organizations such as the Makati Medical Center Foundation, the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Department of Budget & Management, & the DSWD.
