DOLE Accredited BOSH Training for Safety Officer 2. SO2 Training

There are no work or education requirements to join BOSH. It is conducted in Filipino-English or Taglish to ensure that all participants understand the discussions and presentation.

BOSH SO2 Training is a 40 hours Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training intended for Safety Officer 2. This is a DOLE prescribed Safety Officer Training for those in the non-construction industry (read below target industries)
DOLE Accredited Certificate of Completion will be issued to all participants who successfully completed the training. A softcopy of the training materials is also provided after the training.

Target Industry. Non-Construction - Manufacturing, Retail, Service, Hospital, Manning, Recruitment, Bpo Business Process Outsourcing, Healthcare, Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Call Center, Financial Services, Financial Institutions, Academe, Schools/Universities, Call Center, Security Agency, Schools, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, Aviation, Airlines, Travel Agency, Poultry, Agriculture, etc. (If you are from the construction industry, you must take COSH training. Contact us if you need further explanation on this.)

BOSH SO2 is a mandatory 40 hours training required for safety officers as required by various OSH legislation such as Republic Act 11058 or RA11058, An Act Strengthening Compliance With Occupational Safety And Health Standards And Providing Penalties For Violations Thereof, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Department Order No. 198, Series of 2018; and Rule 1030 of the Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS).

This training aims to equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills on identifying safety, health, and environmental hazards; determining appropriate control measures, and developing and implementing OSH policies and programs. Participants will also be able to help their company learn how to comply with the newly approved laws and pronouncements of the government.

They are either  Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners (OSHP) or Occupational Safety and Health Consultants (OSHC). They are all subject matter experts and professionals.
