There are no work or education requirements to join BOSH. It is conducted in Filipino-English or Taglish to ensure that all participants understand the discussions and presentation.
BOSH SO2 Training is a 40 hours Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training intended for Safety Officer 2. This is a DOLE prescribed Safety Officer Training for those in the non-construction industry (read below target industries)
DOLE Accredited Certificate of Completion will be issued to all participants who successfully completed the training. A softcopy of the training materials is also provided after the training.

This training aims to equip participants with the basic knowledge and skills on identifying safety, health, and environmental hazards; determining appropriate control measures, and developing and implementing OSH policies and programs. Participants will also be able to help their company learn how to comply with the newly approved laws and pronouncements of the government.

The resource persons of BOSH for Safety Officer 2 Training are all Accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). They are either Occupational Safety and Health Practitioners (OSHP) or Occupational Safety and Health
Consultants (OSHC). They are all subject matter experts and professionals.
