The 3-day DOLE Accredited TOT (Training of Trainers) is intended for All Safety Officers - SO1 SO2 SO3 SO4 - across industries, and is in compliance with DOLE Department Order No. 198-18, Republic Act No. 11058, and the Occupational Safety and Health Standards. 
The training will be conducted in Taglish (a combination of Tagalog and English).

The Training of Trainers (TOT) is for anyone aspiring to be an effective trainer, especially in compliance with DOLE Department Order No. 198-18. This training equips individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and techniques to impart valuable safety and health practices in the workplace. By undergoing TOT, trainers become equipped with the tools to advocate and promote a culture of safety, ensuring the well-being of workers and reducing the risk of accidents or incidents. The urgency lies in the need to address safety concerns promptly and effectively, creating a safer and healthier work environment for all. Therefore, completing a TOT Training not only fulfills regulatory requirements but also plays a vital role in safeguarding lives, preventing injuries, and fostering a culture of safety and health in the workplace.

Training Prerequisite
Participants must have completed BOSH SO1, BOSH SO2, or COSH training.

Requirements to Submit
2 x 2 picture in plain or white background
1 government-issued ID or company ID
Proof of Payment
Certificate of Completion (BOSH SO1, BOSH SO2 or COSH)

Registration Includes
DOLE Accredited QR-coded Certificate of Completion, (softcopy will be emailed, hardcopy will be delivered for free), softcopy of trainers' presentations

Speaker/s

The trainers for the TOT Training of Trainers for Safety Officers are accredited by DOLE and are either Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner (OSHP) or Occupational Safety and Health Consultant (OSHC). They are OSH professionals and subject matter experts who will share their knowledge, skills, and experiences during the training, providing valuable learning opportunities for participants.
