When is the AMO Seminar? This month, a 2-day PCAB accredited AMO Seminar will be held via Zoom. Please provide your full name, email, and cellphone. After completing the seminar and passing the AMO exam on the second day, you will receive a Certificate of Completion in compliance with PCAB Contractor License requirement.
Who is an AMO? An Authorized Managing Officer (AMO) is a position in businesses that engage in contracting, such as construction. It is open to anyone, regardless of age or nationality.
Who must be the AMO in the company?
For DTI registered business, the AMO is the sole proprietor or proprietress, the person whose name appears on the DTI Certificate. For SEC registered Corporations or Partnerships, the AMO is a person designated either by the Board of Directors or by the stockholders.
