In this 2-hour online workshop, students will learn basic embroidery techniques and be able to complete their very own embroidery artwork!

All skill levels even those who have never done embroidery (Children must be at least 10 years old)

My name is Melissa and I am an Embroidery artist. I have been stitching since 2018. What I love about embroidery is that it's a really immersive craft. All forms of art is therapeutic and I believe that you have to find what best suits you. I found mine in hand-embroidery.
I first gave a workshop to five women during my birthday last 2018. It was my way of giving back to the art. The workshop was a success for all of them became my friends and they have also started doing hand-embroidery! That workshop was memorable to me because I discovered that I love teaching and I was able to touch lives through this art form.
To date, I have given more than a dozen workshops to both adults and children. I have also mentored at least two people. I'm also the founder of Embroidery Enthusiasts, a group of embroidery artists aiming to promote hand-embroidery and uplift our socio-economic status as entrepreneurs. We are now a registered cooperative in the Philippines.
Come and join the wonderful world of hand-embroidery! I guarantee you'll have fun with it. If not, it has lots of practical applications. It's worth it!
