This is a 2-hour tutorial session which will focus on the computation of safety performance measurement, Frequency Rate, and Severity Rate. The session aims to develop the knowledge and skill of safety officers in calculating FR and SR which is part of the report being submitted to DOLE, in compliance with DO198-18.
Training Prerequisite
Participants must have completed BOSH SO1, BOSH SO2, or COSH training.

Certificate of Completion (BOSH SO1 or BOSH SO2 or COSH)
1 government-issued ID or company ID
