BBS training, Behavioral-Based Safety, is recommended for individuals in various roles and industries who are interested in promoting and implementing a positive safety culture. This includes safety managers, supervisors, team leaders, human resources personnel, and safety committee members. BBS training is also valuable for employees at all levels who want to contribute to a safer work environment and learn how behaviors and actions impact safety outcomes. BBS is a 1-day training (Saturday only) that meets the requirements for all Safety Officers in all industries. BBS, Behavior-Based Safety, is an 8-hour DOLE Specialized OSH Training. The training is conducted in Taglish, a combination of Tagalog and English.
